I know it's made in China but do any of you guys have one? Whats your opinion? They need a bit of work though. Generally more accurate, a tad more powerful (IIRC), usually better out of the box. The 1077 with its (POS) rotary magazine (or rather, cylinder) likes to leak (a lot). This wastes gas, time, and money. Generally the rest of the action is reliable. QBs on the other hand occasionally have problems with machining, particularly the barrel. Buying from a reputable dealer (Mike Melick, Archer Airguns) will eliminate this problem. Although with unless you changed the main tube out to a stronger one, you would be limited to medium pressure air... about 1000psi safe working pressure. Or you could mount a bottle somewhere else on the gun and regulate it out to like 950psi. Changing the tube isn't as easy as it might sound. By the way, you can get up to 20 Fpe out of a QB78 on HPA in .22. If you have the money you can make anything happen. Working off 4000psi or such would be impractical and possibly unsafe. It would take a hell of a long time to get such a custom gun made.
