Why would you want to do a conversion? Isn't refill cheaper?

I'm not to keen on loading up a gun for 400 shots or so, when I get the odd half hour free putting a 12g capsul in and taking 30 or 40 shots suits me fine, plus I don't like the cost of 88g capsuls, especialy if they leak ( Is that right Eric ).

Shaddup! Faq-U Part 2 (j/k)

If I've said it once- I've said it a thousand times- If it weren't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all.

You can leave it in, 88g's. They shouldn't leak.

I like the small 12g capsul and for 400 shots they are cheaper, one 88g bottle is £11.50 inc p&p for 400 shots, 12g capsul x 13 x30 shots per capsul =£4.94 inc p&p.

A little news: It seems that with one 88Gr I can do I only about 170-200 shots, since I own the somewhat more powerfull version. Different kind of ventiles can be bought to have a different power output.

Broommaster,

Where did you get your ventil/valve? Does Umarex make a more powerful version?

Thanks,
DB

I have no idea where I got the valve. It was on the gun when I bought it. It was second handed, or in other words used.

You are fortunate! I've been thinking about getting the valve at http://www.waffenostheimer.de/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=1742 to see what they did to improve it.

I only know it's called an export-valve, and that it's illegal in most countries. Mr. Green
