I depends entirely on the muzzle velocity (and WHICH EunJin pellet, of course)....
I measured BCs in a .22 cal non-PAL gun (ie 495 fps with 14.3 gr) and got 0.015 for the EunJin 20.3 gr. WadCutters (starting at 411 fps) and 0.025 for the 27.7 gr. RoundNose (starting at 350 fps)....
Using a PCP gun which shot the WadCutters at 780 fps I got a BC of 0.017.... unfortunately I did not have any of the Round Nose to test, but other Round Nose pellets showed significantly improved BCs at the higher velocities, so 0.035 could be correct.... or maybe not....
No question in my mind that the BC changes depending on how fast the pellet is travelling....
