i was in mac-1 today. a patron was showing me his crosman 9mm c02 air shot gun from the early 80's he had. it had a power adjuster and he was modding it to run on HPA. he said a slug ran 500fps and a load of # 9 shot would blow up a pigeon at 20 yards and a load of #4 would knock a squirell at that range.
i can't remember the model. i remember seeing one in the shop recently for under $300 and kick myself for being too aloof to ask.
he dry fired it into the carpet and WOW!!!! i want one!!!!
i need to win the lotto.......edit: i need to win the lotto while tim is still my neighbor before i move to idaho.
thought i'd share |

Early 80's??? Ah, no- early 70s. It's a Crosman Trapmaster 1100 and hasn't been made since 1971 (made from 1968-1971).
Look here: http://www.crosman.com/airguns/service/dates-crosman
The 1100 was the only air shotgun Crosman ever made.
Obviously, the unit this guy had was modified extensively. |
