I saw all the pics of everybodys modified rifles and well... my hands began to itch! When I started looking for articles/tips about modding the CF30 I found that they were about as scarce as polar bears in the Sahara.

Is there anybody who has modified a CF30 or has seen articles concerning this specific rifle?

Help would be appreciated!

There should be tuning kits for the CF-30. I've read something on other fora about it. I'll be back tommorow with some extra info.

One of the most common mods to guns using the Gamo-designed trigger like on the CF-30, is replacement with a properly adjustable unit with a lighter pull. There are a number of them out there- but the 'Charliedatune" (Bob Werner) trigger gets the best reviews: http://www.charliedatuna.com/GRT_III_trigger_home.htm

As for power mods to the CF-30- that should be relatively simple- a good/tuned spring change and a complete disassembly/deburr/lube could net you as much as an extra 100fps depending on the spring used.

Extra power, do you really need that on your rifle? It might not increase accuracy.
