I placed second in the hunter class at a shoot yesterday with my 2250, not too bad going up against all the top shelf guns, I am happy with it!

Was this a Field Target match? What was the venue? What was the possible and your score?

Eastern Field Target Competitors Club (EFTCC) it was a 50 shot match, I knocked down "30" targets I don't rightly remember, it started raining by the end of the match and just wanted to get my gun put away and get warm! They said I needed a better scope and that I would better at the longer shots? I'm looking at them just don't know what to get?

I am lovin' my BSA 3-9x4 Mil-Dot... Super crisp images... Long Sun shade and I will never go back to regular x-hairs again...

The sun shade makes all the difference in the world since the sun sets behind my back stop. Great for wet weather to keep the drops off the lens.

I finally understand what you Crosman guys mean when you talk about a "22XX." That thing is so sexy it should be rated "XX."

I got a Leapers mildot with a sunshade on my Talon. Best scope I ever had.

Since you are shooting "hunter class" you are limited to 12 power. I have a Leapers 8-32 X 56 on my "open class" USFT and I liked it so much that when my wife wanted to shoot my FX Typhoon in "hunter class" I went with the Leapers 3-12 X 44. I put Leapers largest side wheel on it and thier long sunshade. It works great! There are better scopes but all for 4 or 5 times the price! Since you can't "click" the mil-dots will come in handy for "holdover. I do reccomend Leapers scopes especialy if your on a budget. B&B
P.S. 30/50 is not to bad for hunter class. Once you get your scope set up and know your mil-dot holdover at all ranges, your score will climb.

I just bought a Leapers 6-24x50mm from Pyramid and its a beautiful scope. I can't tell you how it performs yet as somebody at Pryamid goofed and forgot to put the rings I ordered in the box with the scope. (OOPS?) But they already sent me an email and tracking number for the rings so they should be arriving in a few days and until I'll be going nuts in the meantime looking at (playing with) the scope and waiting to get it set up. (OOH, RED, now GREEN! OOH!) Mr. Green

I don't even wanna admit what I'm going to mount it on but let's just say its such a nicely made scope, I'm going to really put it through the wringer and see if this "True Strength" business is all its cracked up to be.

As for those 22xx guns, you guys are going to wreck my marriage. The CDC quarantined my house and the neighbors asked if it was Swine Flu. The guy in the funky space suit looking outfit just replied grimly, "No ma'am, it's AGAS. Please step back."

I GOTTA get one of those 22xx beasties! Shocked

Jesus Christ, I hate this swine flu bullshirt.

Everytime someone coughs or sneezes... you know it has to be swine flu...

Literal swine flu. The one everyone seems worries about the figurative.

I hear you can get swine flu in Washington DC, it's an epidemic there.

I hate showing that photo... I have a new item coming out to fill in the gap between the breech and barrel band so the riser is not just hanging out there... Great for the guys that like the one piece scope mounts...

But... I am still waiting on the mill I ordered...

Once it is full on PCP and with the few goodies I plan for it with the mill... Slavia may give it a XXX rating...
