| Well, I was finally confident enough of the Beeman this morning to pull the trigger on a live target. A blackbird at about 30 yds. never knew what happened. Man, this thing hits hard with those Crosman wadcutters. When I squeezed off, I heard a solid "Thwock!, and the bird never even quivered. |

| Yeah, a wallyworld airgun is more likely to draw blood from you, rather than anything you shoot at. |

| Wallyworld guns are all I can afford and there isn't a single starling left in my neighborhood. I use my storm xt all the time and I have good luck with it. I use it for birds in the barns and sheds. |

seriously dude,
i did a new spring giude from steel and added thrust washers to eliminate twist. along with a lube tune.
that gun ur likin'.
if u do the washers and lube.
it will surprise the heck out of you.
the change in the amount of movement when u shoot. it feels like i have 1/2 or less.
i'm relativly new to messing with airguns. after seeing what a good lube and washers will do.
the more knowlegeble people always talk of a "lube tune".
GET ONE, do it yourself..
i come from powder burners and lots of engineerring.
the heavy tar,, on a spring makes sense. and until i had done it,, i had not thought of it(thanks guys).
i highly recommend this to any new airgunners.
learn your tool
(the gun is in the mind). |
