Quick ???

I lube the crap out of my Co2 AGs with PelGunOil... Got to keep the seals fresh... but... I read some whares that you sould not use PelGunOil in the air system of a PCP AG...

I have blasted 3 valve stem seals since switching over to PCP and I am getting tired of braking down the whole AG to change them out...

So... What do you use to keep the seals from drying out?

You shouldn't use pellgun oil in a PCP gun. You should use a silicon based lube if any at all. I never lube my 22 disco.

Yup- no combustible lubes in a PCP- high pressure and heat causes problems.

According to the website... ok to lube pellets on PCP... I am looking to keep the seals fresh...

Diver's grease? It's not Petroleum-based...

Well they should have the Diver's Grease at the Dive Shop up here...

I have to go pick up my two other tanks that just came back from Hydro today anyway... Just in time for the 3 day weekend...

Now I get to have some fun making the Cascade system for filling... I have to machine the manifold... I have not found one out there that I like... Got to make it me....

I still have to find a 4500 psi tank for the final stage... All the SCUBA tanks are 3000 psi... Sucks when filling up a Talon Tank or my Ponys.... With out it... I only get 2800 psi fills.

Thanks, everyone...

my scuba tank has a 3300psi valve on it, and the dive shop here happily fills it to that for me, with a signed release of course
