and the day came that pellets are more expensive than feeding a ruger 10-22. between an order from pyramid this morning and a trip to mac-1 i spent $75 on 1650 rounds of pellets. WTF. how has lead itself become more expensive than rimfire????
last summer i bought a 500 tin of h&n FTS for $8or$9 and today i paid $8 for 200.
no wonder my burners are neglected . |

I paid € 9,- for 500 H&N Baracuda. Those are expensive. I Pay € 10,- for 200 .22 lr.
Might have a lot to do with the fact that they're being produced a bit closer to home though. |

| Sorry sniper, This was at a Super Kmart about 10 years ago. They had just opened and I stopped by after work. Funny here I am at 1am walking out of the store with 4000 rounds of .22lr's. That store has since been close and now is a super target...odd name for a store that never carried so much as a pellet gun! |

Most medium-large or special centerfire are $1 a shot.
I have had to stop shooting my super streak because .22 is so much more than .177. Now I can only shoot cheap .177s because the good ones cost too much. |

You know why there are no Wal-marts in in Irac or Iran? There are Targets on every corner...
Target is very "Left Wing"... |
