I have ordered from this company before (nothing this big!) and they have been great to deal with....

Hey Bob,

Did you see this package deal?

You even get your choice of R8 or MT3 spindles.

http://www.wttool.com/product-exec/product_id/14807/nm/Mini_Machine_Combo_Packages_WT_Import_

If you need to upgrade your bed wy to a 14"... Littlemachineshop.com has the kit. I did the kit on my mini and love it... I am just getting to the point that I need a larger lathe.

Harbor Freight is now carring the "Quick Change" Tool Post kits for $90.

I get all my taps and dies from Wholesale tool. I even put a link on my site to them.

I'm not in the market for a mini-lathe.... I have a 12 x 36 Atlas with Milling Attachment.... Cool

Just thought it looked like a pretty good deal so thought I'd post it.... I have one of those tool post kits, but had to modify it to fit my lathe....

Bob
