Where do you live?
Personally, I think an Air Arms either has enough power, or you're in a country with regulations. |

I'm not sure if you're allowed to FAC the rifle, but I think that's the only good way to increase power without messing up the gun.
Pellets don't increase power. |

How old is you 410? because on recent guns the power adjuster is tamper proof, and should be set for UK 12flb limit, some where between 11.3 to 11.7 flb. Anything above and you will need an FAC certificate.
As for pellet make and size, AA fields or superdomes should be OK
