Now I can't for the love of god get it to click when you pull the trigger. All parts are there but it just isn't working. Anyone have photos or a how to besides the obvious disassembly guide that shows up on google whenever you type 1077 in lol. I'm not gun illiterate and just cannot get it to work!   Posted: Tue Nov 18, 2008 9:45 pm AirGunEric Site Admin Joined: 20 Jan 2007 Posts: 6929 Location: "Out There" Look here: http://www.airgunhome.com/agforum/viewtopic.php?t=2109&highlight=1077 The reason the gun is not firing, but everything seems normal with the trigger pull is that the spring/pin/flap that sits above the hammer is mis-positioned and locking the hammer before it strikes the valve pin. If you're a glutton for punishment, try to install them correctly, otherwise take them out of the rifle complete, they genuinely do not appear to serve any legitimate purpose. Look at this diagram: http://www.airgunhome.com/forumdocs/Cr1077/ch1077diag.gif do you see that pin/spring and flap in it- I can't. Why- it was either added or removed at some point- maybe solely for the purpose that Crosman will know if you took the rifle apart if it is sent back for service under warranty. Get rid of them and the rifle will fire properly if everything else has been re-installed correctly. _________________ ` I'd say "I care." But I'd be lying. I'm usually pretty good at conceptualizing. I'll remove them tomorrow and try to reinstall. Thanks for the quick help! I want to get back to shooting.
