Okay... It is time for some input from you guys...
I have been messing around with some concepts for a new "Small Tank" bulk air systems for the 2240 & 2250's...
Here are some concept photo shops...
The first is using a Daisy Avanti 2.5 oz tank. Great for the 2240 but too long with the 2250 gas tube... (Shown with 16" barrel) Can be HPA ready with a remote tank... Other Plus... If you are using a high rise breech... There should be enough clearance for using a 3.5 or 9 oz tank... A custom fore stock can be made to cover up most of the tank and gas tube.

QB 79 bulk tank block... Not HPA ready and will require the use of one of B&A's Bulk valves... A custom fore stock can be made to cover up the tank valve, block and gas tube.

This is an actual photo of my own mess on my sons 2240. Mind you I am waiting for a 2250 tube to fill in the void between the upright and the gas tube... It is also HPA ready with a remote tank...
#3
Which would you prefer for fit, style & function? |

| I voted for #2, but I would like to see it with the butt stock and brake from #3. |

Butt stock is no problem... The brake... I would have to use a longer barrel to clear the tank. |

I know what you mean about the brake. This is my 2240 (with the standard barrel). I had to do some sculpting to get the CO2 cylinders into the tube.
My preference for #2 is for ergonomic reasons - that tank setup looks to be the most comfortable for the left hand (right handed shooter). Since they all have a lot of stuff hanging out in front, they really aren't pistols now. They have morphed into a kind of carbine, hence the butt stock preference. |

The cool thing about the Stock Adapters I make... is you have "Stock Options"...
You just need to get one of the "Tippman Custom 98" butt stocks...
Here are a few... I have even seen a few wood ones...
