1) Target to download and print: Week 50; Aug/25>Aug/31/2008

Print to full-size on an A4 or 8.5"x11" sheet of paper.
2) Shooting distance is 5m/16.4ft for pistols.
3) Shooting distance is 10m/32.8ft for rifles.
4) Any sighting device may be used.
5) NO rests or steadying aids are allowed.
6) 20 shots at targets, 2 per ring maximum. 5 sighting/practice shots not on the clock using center blue.
7) 15 minutes total time (take whatever amount of time for each shot you like, but at 15 minutes = stop!).
8) Scoring is 10 points for black, 2 points for green and no points for white. Only two hits per ring counts. Maximum point count is 200.
9) Please scan or photograph entries and post. Please list gun, pellet, sighting device and total time expended.
10) You can enter using both a pistol and a rifle as separate entries- but all rules must be followed for each.
11) Score your own target. Winner and Runner-Up will be verified by board officials.
12) An honorable contest for sport - to lie or cheat is the only real loser. Please keep it above-board!
13) Each competition runs from Monday to Sunday. Your entry must be posted in the forum no later than 23:00 GMT Sunday.
14) These rules are for this week's shooting competition and may change for others.

Sights - Williams
Pellet - CP Super Match .177
Position - Two handed grip
Conditions - Sunny + Wind
Time - 9:00 Should have taken longer

Welcome to airgunhome target shooting shog
You've picked a week with a tricky target to start, hopefully I will get a target in tomorrow, I prefer dots, I have a lot of trouble with holes and tend to want to shoot through the middle. Laughing

Yes a little tricky when there isn't something in the middle of the sights. If only the Green was worth 20 points that would have been a rocking target. I think last weeks was more difficult I didn't even bother posting that one - lol.

Here's mine:

Stock Crosman 2240, Gamo pointed pellets
No scope, 5m
10 minutes, clear weather

A whopping 40/120! I still suck, but appear to be getting slightly better...
