Okay... so all black was getting a little boring...
It was such a nice day I had a little fun in the shop with Mother's & some aluminum...
I still have to turn an aluminum Muzzle Break & make a piece that will cap the bottom of the grip area... but I ran out of daylight...
Just one more part... then she gets the bulk Co2 treatment.

Hi Joe
I’m quite fascinated by you conversions of the 1077; it seems to lend itself as a base for many different types of rifle. I was toying with converting one to a M1 carbine and the heat shield you made reminded of it., unfortunately I don’t have a 1077 to convert at the moment but I think it would look well.

I've always found the M1 a bit of an ugly little dwarf, but I guess that's where it's got it's "charm". We got several guys at my club who have an Original M1.
There's a discipline that's called "military rifle". Some guys would rather see those declared illegal...  |

A cheap NcStar Red Dot. I love it... I ordered the Cantileaver mount seperatly.
I am up to hitting 11 out of 12 on a 6" steel target & 45 yards with this little bugger.

Say Joe-daddio, doesn't the 1077 loose a lot of CO2 somewhere along the way? Did you fix it?
I do know that quick usage of CO2 results in a pretty big pressure drop. Do you use intervals between shooting or anything like that? |

I get arround 30 shots before it noticably drops off.
Tactical Shooting style you just go through allot of rounds.
Hence, why I am converting it over to Bulk Co2 |

Well, I guess that's the only way to go. I hooked up my Airmagnum with a bulk fill set too, but I'd love to get some wood under there. The way it looks now is just not right...  When you would bulk fill something, would it also mean that you would get yourself a big CO2 tank? |

Well... I sold 2 of the 3 wood stocks... the 3rd arrived damaged... Soon, very soon...
Since I bought the last 3 in production... I got the okay from Crosman to do a re-production of the 1077 wood stock and sell them. I just got to finish my carving duplicator.
Don't worry broom... I will be doing other wood work besides Crosman stuff.
Stocks, Grips, ect.
It all takes $$$ to "Tool Up"!
In fact the Tool Trucks are in town at the Grange Hall so I got to head down there after I get some more work done arround here. |

| BTW... I am going to use a 9 oz tank regulary but the smaller 3.5 oz is good too. Our local Shooting Supply shops fill the tanks for $3.00 for up to 24 oz tanks. |
