If the problem is with cocking the gun, you could possibly add some sort of extension to the cocking leaver to give better leverage. If trigger pull is also an issue, on daisy guns you can take pawl spring and hyper extend it to take weigh off the trigger, however if you go flex it too far it can potentially cause the safety to be inoperable.

A CO2 gun may be a better option.

This is the way top go- someone may need to assist installing the Co2 caplet- but as long as she can pull the trigger, she's good-to-go.
