In my internet search for a Benjamin Trail NP XL, I found an ad for a NEW one, wooden stock exactly what I wanted for $210 shipped. I was leery, but there was the picture and Amazon's NEW cert, so I placed my order with seller. Two weeks later, a package arrives that looks like it has been riding around the world in UPS trucks for the past six months. Removing the outer wrapping revealed a "new" box that was beat to he11 and back. Been taped back together at least twice, maybe more. Biggest disappointment was to open than and find a synthetic stock rifle (I have no issue with the synthetic stock but it's not what I ordered). Crap! Guess I'll find out how well the Amazon satisfaction guarantee works. |

Did it ship from an Amazon warehouse, or another seller? |

Came directly from seller. Looks like I'll lose my shipping costs (both directions). The seller probably bought the unit from a warehouse fire sale or some such. Box was in tatters and recoil pad on gun was coated with white "powder" which I assume indicated a long storage period.
I ordered another one thru Pyramid Air. |

Was the gun that arrived even an XL? I don't think they come with a synthetic stock...at all. |

It is labeled as a Trail NP. As I suspected before ordering, the seller was running a bait-n-switch type scam. I guess they figured I wouldn't notice the difference between a wood (brown) stock and a synthetic (black) stock! |

Man, that burns me up! Guy sends you a gun that I've seen sell for 120 bucks, FROM CROSMAN (on clearance), and charges over 200 for it! Did it ship from NJ? |

This one came from Washington State. Seller ID was lorrie589. May just ship it back and eat the postage to get this over with. Needless to say, feedback will be slightly negative on this seller. |
