Hi!
I wanted to share a recipe for a delicious pheasant with you today!
Ingredients:
1 pheasant
2 carrots
1 medium onion
70 g fat
zest of 2 lemons
a few peppercorns
salt
1/4 bottle of red wine
1 cup sour cream
Step-by-step preparation:
Place gutted, washed pheasant in a pot with fat.
Add sliced carrots and onions, lemon peel, and spices.
Simmer everything over low heat, pouring red wine over it.
Remove the soft pheasant from the pot and divide into portions.
Strain the broth, mix with sour cream and bring to a boil.
Pour the sauce over the hot pheasant.
ENJOY!! |

Sounds good!
Do you get pheasant regularly with airguns? (Where is "Albury"?) |
