I started this last summer when I first heard of Big Blast targets, but I haven't gotten around to trying it out. The plan is to use colored snap line chalk inside the bottle. It will hold pressure, but that's as far as I got.
The valve is from a junked bicycle inner tube. The hole in the cap was drilled for a tight fit with the valve stem. The rubber "flange" just fits inside the cap, and replaces the cap's original seal (which was removed).
I agree with you completely about the poor quality of those bicycle foot pumps.
You do a great job with your videos - great flying, great editing, very entertaining.
