Crosman 1077 with leaking o-ring`s why and cure

i picked up a 1077 and liked it off the bat went through 4 c02 cart`s on the fifth one soon as the cart was tightened down and was pierced all c02 leaked out tried another with some oil on this time same thing.....besides beating the gun to death on the the front blade of a bulldozer and buying a proper air rifle how do i fix this air rifle thanks dge8859

It obviously needs a re-seal. Likely seal that's bad is on the end of the fill adapter, could also be seals on Co2 transfer tube or in valve- get a kit.
