How much did that set you back, if you don't mind me asking?

I purchased the gun 2 years ago for 400 as shown (w/scope,bipod etc)

Multi-pump .22 Simmons 6-18x scope, Harris Bipod, FactoryLDC 1-5 pump \ 5 pumps = 19FPE

A little slow, you need to bump her up a bit. If I can recall 650 fps is the sweet spot for FPE & CO2 consumption.

Thanks for posting the pics of the disassembly....brings back memories of me ...

Nice QB !!! I own both the 78/79 QB's and have tweaked them a little....well, maybe alot. HA !

I have taken alot of game w/ both rifles.

Give the JSB 15.9 grn & CHP a try.

I would have to say a HW product.....HW30 or HW50.

A little more $$$ ( mulah ) Better build quality, trigger and barrel(German) ...and it even has a buttpad.

Go w/ the HW...there is a differenc ...

I had a RWS 350 .22 cal and she produced a solid 23 - 24 FPE...Can't comment on the Disco.

I picked up this R7 a few years ago. I read about people saying if they were to do it over they first would buy the R7.....and I would agree.
This is an earlier model w/o a safety.

I like both the 78 and 79, mine are .22 (78) 530 fps /(79) 700 fps Great guns to modify or leave stock...your choice

More of a safe queen than a hunter/plinker. The rifle is in real good condition, she won't get much use.

I also chronied CP s they came in at 700 fps, which isn't bad. I didnt test for accuracy because i knew i wasn't going to be shooting it. Pick one up American made, Walnut and metal you can't go wron ...

It's great!! its like the one i had as a kid. Chronied @ 725 8.5 gr 8 pumps. Its a 347 model said to be manufactured in 75. My only problem its in to good of shape to be used, so im looking for a s ...
