I haven't checked on my Umarex pistols for this. But, maybe the mags size the pellets smaller than the bore. The pellets would then not engage the rifling that well. It all depends on the particular g ...

There is a guy on Youtube, RuneRebel who tests bb guns with different weight bbs and gives the velocity for each out of the particular gun. From that info, you can figure the energy from the bbs. Ther ...

The metal in the Umarex Colt is not steel. Seems to be some kind of casting metal that is non magnetic. If you are going to make a splice to the external barrel to make it longer, it may be hard to ma ...

I have been tinkering with the Umarex Colt SAA and would have to say your project may not be possible. The valve assembly does not look strong enough to handle more pressure and it is not adjustable. ...

I thought I would share this project here too. I have this posted on a couple of other places. Due to internal damage to my PCP RWS Excalibre air rifle, I decided to convert it to CO2 cartridge. Thank ...

Since the small animal is in a trap, and if nobody is looking, take several shots at it with any air pistol in the 450+fps range. If that doesn't kill it, use a knife, or use the knife/spike in the fi ...

I hope you are not too concerned with high velocity. There are many low cost air rifles being sold on velocity and not quality. You can get catalogs from most air gun sellers and read about the ones y ...

Looking at the diagram of your pistol, the valve does come apart. It needs to be looked at carefully to see if any seals are cracked or if there is any small debris on them. There are lubes that will ...
