| compressess the spring more ,mostly just spacers, and guess they help the spring rotate when it compresses and decompresses. |

| no I didn't do anything else ,Cut 2 inches off ,the catch hole is in about the same place.Didn't do any exact messuring so i might have taken a bit more off.nuthing major though |
