In the printer options did you set for 100% scale and 8.5" x 11" paper? It may also be the program you're printing from. I get good image scaling in prints with XnView, terrible with MS Pain ...

I wouldn't describe the holes I'm getting as perfect. Most are okay, but I get the odd tear if two shots are within less than 5mm of each other. That's because typing paper is awful for pellet shootin ...

And if you get them printed on the shortest-fiber paper they have the pellets will leave cleaner holes. Alternately you can put them against cardboard. That's what I've been doing for these targets.

Save yourself the money. Put the target file on a USB stick or SD card and take it down to a Kinko's or whatever print/copy place you have nearby. They'll print off copies from your memory device for ...
