When you say "piezo element" do you mean a regular crystal microphone element, or some other kind of sensor?

yes, those thing you get if you disassemble a regular PC mic

I am not sure why but my 350 has a lower point of impact at 10y than it does at 20y. Past 20y it seems to follow a normal ballistic trajectory and is easier to adjust for distance.

I just did the different pellets again, i think it's clearly defined

I've redesigned the chrony, did some improvements. And i did get some pretty consistent results.

I've tried different settings

I tried a distance of 3.77m:
