i have been looking for 1389 .177 insert for the loading gate for a while now to no avail.its the same insert that goes into the ssp250 loading gate.

i would say around 15
i have one in .22 18 pumps gets me there
with a stock 10" .177 barrel i got 650-660 fps 10 pumps |
